From family sessions to youth academies, our evening classes and summer camps welcome all ages and skill levels. Spots are limited. Register through Fort Dupont Ice Arena.

District Ice Rink was established in 2025 by brothers Joel and Emmanuel Savary. Joel is a nationally recognized figure skating coach with more than 20 years of experience advancing competitive excellence and expanding access to ice sports. He is a certified Team USA Figure Skating Coach, and the only one based in Washington, D.C. Emmanuel is a 2x U.S. National Medalist and Team USA Figure Skating athlete, bringing elite competitive experience back home to DC.

We bring portable synthetic ice directly into schools and community spaces, introducing ice sports to students in environments they already know.
Students experience ice sports in an environment they already know and trust, with full coaching support and all equipment provided. It is hands-on, physical, and unlike anything else in the school day.
